Data & Account Deletion.
At NutriSyntax, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you wish to delete your account or any associated health, nutrition, or profile data, you have two simple ways to do so:
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly and permanently delete your account directly within the NutriSyntax app.
- Open the NutriSyntax app on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
Note: This will immediately erase all your meal logs, health data, and profile settings from our active databases.
Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request that we delete your account and data on your behalf.
Send an Email to:
Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Required Info: Please send the email from the address associated with your NutriSyntax account, and include your name so we can locate your account.
Data Retention Policy
Once a deletion request is processed, all of your user profile data, meal logs, and synced activity data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. We do not retain your personal data after an account is deleted.
